AT&T

AT&T has had many success stories and, dating back to the 1920's, has filed the equivalent of one patent per day. However, facing new competition, they were struggling to find ways to attract and keep mid-size business customers one of their largest and most important customer segments.

We helped AT&T to establish their first co-marketing program with brand leaders across several industries, including Dun & Bradstreet, Staples and Berlitz. On AT&T's behalf, we negotiated agreements with each company, and developed a program of discounts specially geared toward AT&T's target market.

The program breathed new life into AT&T's sales efforts, exceeding year-end sales projections within five months of launch, with a marketing expense 75% lower than previous new offers.

Along with the new marketing program, we helped them set up a new, cost-efficient customer care operation that handled fulfillment, tracking and customer support.

We continue to provide creative services to many groups within AT&T.
